Why is there a charge from Automattic Inc on my credit card?
If you’ve noticed a charge on your credit card or PayPal account from Automattic Inc or WordPress.com, it’s for one of the following:
- A WordPress.com upgrade such as domain registration, domain mapping or the space upgrade;
- A subscription to the Akismet web spam filtering service;
- A Crowdsignal Pro or Corporate Account
If those names aren’t familiar, it’s likely someone else at your office or a family member has purchased one of our services.
How do I cancel or change my account details?

Can I get an invoice?
Yes; if you haven’t received an invoice by email, please contact our customer service staff using the form below and we’ll arrange one.
