In providing our services, we process personal information about visitors to our users’ websites and personal information about the authorized users of our Happy Tools customers. We are what data protection laws call the “processor” of this information–because we process the information on behalf of site owners and Happy Tools customers, who are the “controllers.”
We also work with third parties that help us provide our services, and are “subprocessors” of personal information.
Below is list of our subprocessors. We will update this list as necessary, so please continue to check back.

Other Processors for Your Site
You may integrate a third party service for your site, such as those available through WooCommerce Services (learn more)–like Stripe or PayPal to collect payments from your customers, TaxJar to calculate taxes, or EasyPost to manage shipping. When using these integrations, the third party is a separate processor for you, and you may provide information about your site visitors and customers (as well as yourself) to them. We don’t own or control these third parties and they have their own rules about collection, use and sharing of information, which we encourage you to review.
