The position is a mix of education, bug-hunting, and feature testing. Every day you’ll help make our products more understandable to the people who use them.
Being a Happiness Engineer requires:
- Patience and grace.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
- A knack for taking technical language and making it understandable.
- A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions.
